HUNKS IN COURT: Heartthrob boy band 'N Sync and new label, Jive Records, hit with a $150 million lawsuit by their creator, his management team and their old label, RCA, Tuesday in Orlando.

THE DITZ IS BACK: Farrah Fawcett keeps her cool during a Wednesday night visit on David Letterman's late-night CBS show--the scene of her infamous 1997 TV meltdown.

THEY COULDN'T REFUSE: Miramax has bought screen rights to Omerta, the final book by late Godfather author Mario Puzo.

LIP SERVICE: Celine Dion releasing a statement saying she does sing live at concerts. A recently filed $5 million copyright-infringement lawsuit hinted that the diva faked it.

SICK BAY: Western star Dale Evans, 86, in serious but stable condition in a California hospital after having her pacemaker replaced. Her husband, Roy Rogers, died last year.

RATINGS RACE: CBS bested NBC to take the prime-time week ended Sunday. The Peacock's ER was the top show; the WB's Mission Hill, the last-place show at No. 111.

BENCHED: Fox yanking low-rated Thursday comedies Action and Family Guy for the November sweeps. The network swears both will, like General MacArthur, return.

SPECIAL GIG: Yes, that was Bob Dylan his very own icon self on Tuesday's Dharma & Greg. Per the singer's wishes, ABC had to keep mum about the appearance.

KORN GETS PARKED: Grunge-metal band Korn to debut their new single, "Falling Away From Me," on the October 27 Halloween episode of South Park.

UN-HAPPY HOLIDAY: The release date of the Meg Ryan, Diane Keaton and Lisa Kudrow family drama, Hanging Up, moved from Christmas Day to February 11.

THE UN-BARGAIN: Author Michael Crichton selling the movie rights to his novel Airframe for zippo--provided you cough up millions to hire him and director Richard Donner to make the thing, Variety says.

UNA-BROTHER: A film about the life of convicted Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's brother--who turned him in--in the works at Disney, Variety says.

TOGETHER AGAIN (SORTA): Ex-couple Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall cohabitating in the family's $6.61 million London home, a British tab says. Separate bedrooms, included.

AWARD REPORT: Rockers David Bowie and Sugar Ray among the performers at the First WB Radio Music Awards, October 28 in Las Vegas.

RICKY MARTIN DISCIPLE: Teen popster (and Ecuadoran-American) Christina Aguilera to release a Spanish-language version of her self-titled hit debut album.

THE WHO DO: A reconstituted Who to play benefit shows at Chicago's House of Blues November 12-13. Eddie Vedder lined up as the opening act.

CODA: The man who cowrote Broadway standards such as "Stranger in Paradise" (from Kismet) died Sunday. George Forrest was 84.
