Kevin Connolly: Jeremy Piven Has a Sense of Humor
Entourage's Kevin Connolly not only comes out for good causes, he supports his costar, Jeremy Piven.
Sporting a full red beard while at an event for the Noreen Fraser Foundation for Cancer at the Maloof Estate in Beverly Hills Wednesday, Connolly dished about his co-star Jeremy Piven, who was reportedly upset over The Piven Monologues, a theater spoof about the situation surrounding his mercury poisoning.
"I mean Jeremy's got a good sense of humor. I'm sure if its all in good fun he won't have a problem with it," said Connolly. "On the other hand you know Jeremy also won his case so maybe his producers are wrong... So maybe they should cease and whatever it is. Maybe they should just be quiet."
And why the beard? Read on for that, some Entourage dish and his thoughts on this weekend's Emmys…
Jon & Kate: Let the Custody Battle Begin
Hide the kids and get the lawyers on the horn, this thing is getting ugly.
Jon Gosselin emerged from his Pennsylvania home this morning to discuss his fight with Kate last night that had to be broken up by the cops.
Jon says his estranged wife—just back from a trip to New York to appear on Today and Live With Regis and Kelly—came to the house even though it was his turn to be with the kids.
"You know me, I don't come home when she's with the kids because I respect her time with the kids," said Jon. "She tried to come home yesterday and I wouldn’t let her in the gate. I guess she called the police and the police came.
"They said it was a civil matter and we would have to work it out with our attorneys," he explained. "The officer pulled me aside and I'm like this has never happened before and I am spending time with my kids and she’s going to have to leave."
After the police arrived, Kate ultimately calmed down and left the grounds for a local hotel. She has yet to address the press.
So why was Kate so adamant about coming in the house while Jon was there?

Michael Jackson "Not Buried Yet," Says Father Joe
Just in case you weren't certain, Michael Jackson is "not buried yet."
Shooting down published reports (and backing up what we reported yesterday), father Joe Jackson tells E! News exclusively that his son has not already been laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Joe declined to specify any burial plans, or whether his son's body has been placed in Motown maven Berry Gordy's crypt as some outlets have speculated.
The Jackson patriarch, who resides primarily in Las Vegas, also tells E! News he supports a proposal to move Neverland to Vegas.
"I think Vegas would be great," says Joe. And while he doesn't think the family would visit such a shrine to his son, Joe does believe "the fans would come."
Asked about Michael's ongoing death investigation, Joe says he didn't want to discuss it, only adding, "I still can't believe he's gone."

Michael Jackson's Neverland Memorial in the Works
Michael Jackson could be making one final visit to his beloved Neverland.
The Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department has just confirmed to E! News that plans are underway to hold a memorial service at the famed estate/amusement park in the hills outside Santa Barbara.
"Our guys are meeting as we speak with the California Highway Patrol to discuss the security issues,” says Lt. Butch Arnoldi, a department spokesman.
"Our role will primarily be traffic, but also crowd control," adds Arnoldi. "We will also be making sure there is no trespassing on neighboring ranches and stuff like that. We would be stationed on the perimeter of the house. The actual roadway will be the responsibility of the CHP."
Arnoldi says the sheriff's department usually only get involved when there is a huge crowd of people expected.
As for a date and time for the service, Arnoldi says his agency not been informed yet.
Jackson's brothers Jackie, Jermaine and Tito visited the grounds over the weekend and earlier Tuesday a delivery truck was spotted dropping off boxes at Neverland.

Yee-Haw! Jamie Lynn Spears Goes Country
Jamie Lynn Spears is looking at the Jessica Simpson model for career reinvention.
While Britney continues on her comeback tour, sources confirm to E! News that her baby sister is hoping to become the next Nashville star.
The younger Spears, who took leave of a burgeoning Hollywood career to relocate to Mississippi to raise daughter Maddie, "has been quietly working on a country album since last fall," says a source close to the family.

Coroner: Culkin Sister Legally Drunk When Killed
The death last month of Macaulay Culkin's sister has been ruled an accident—but one that may have been avoided.
Dakota Culkin was hit and killed by a car while crossing a street in West Los Angeles on the evening of Dec. 9. The official cause of death was "blunt-force trauma," says L.A. Coroner spokesman Ed Winter.
However, the 29-year-old Culkin had a blood-alcohol level of 0.31 percent, more than three times the state legal limit of 0.08.
“It might have influenced her decision to walk into traffic,” says Winter.
No charges were filed against the driver of the vehicle that struck Culkin, a fledgling production designer.
