Ed McMahon Is Home for the Holidays

Turns out Ed McMahon isn't going anywhere.

The TV icon has no plans to move out of his Beverly Hills home after coming thisclose to losing the property to foreclosure earlier this year, according to McMahon's publicist, Howard Bragman.

No further details were given about the deal that has allowed the 85-year-old McMahon and his third wife, Pamela, to continue in their six-bedroom, five-bathroom abode, which this summer was on the market for $4.6 million.

McMahon originally put the house up for sale for $7.7 million after defaulting on his $4.8 million mortgage.

Last month, the Tonight Show sidekick's home loans were transfered to a third party brokered by Southern California-based Foreclosure Trackers Inc., according to a rep for lender Countrywide Financial Corp.
