California Gurl Katy Perry is making waves in the latest issue of Rolling Stone.

Besides hanging out on a bed in nothing but skivvies for the September issue cover (and appearing topless inside),  the singer opens up about religion and sex.

It's a well-known fact that Katy grew up the daughter of two devout preachers, so when she says, "I am sensitive to Russell [Brand] taking the Lord's name in vain, and to Lady Gaga putting a rosary in her mouth," we get it.

Eating "angeled eggs" instead of "deviled eggs" and not being able to say the word lucky because it sounded too close to Lucifer can have an affect on a girl.

But then the pop star starts to get a little preachy...

"I think when you put sex and spirituality in the same bottle and shake it up, bad things happen. Yes, I said I kissed a girl. But I didn't say I kissed a girl while f-ing a crucifix."

Um, OK. So Katy is waxing on about religion and sex not mixing, yet in every photo she's nearly naked, showing off her sexuality. Hypocrite much?
