Giuliana Rancic is already back at work just one week after her shocking breast cancer revelation, and the celeb well wishes continue pouring in for the E! News host.

Actress and breast cancer awareness advocate Elizabeth Hurley is one more Hollywood A-listers with a very special message for Rancic...

"I think it's really hard to find anyone nowadays who doesn't know somebody that's had breast cancer," Hurley told E! News at the Ready, Set, Pink! event benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in NYC. "So to me it's a phenomenal cause. And obviously I wish the best of luck to Giuliana and I'm glad her treatment went well. I hope she continues to thrive."

Rancic, 37, underwent a double lumpectomy several days ago to remove the cancerous cells.

"I had four girlfriends under 40, all had breast cancer, all mothers, they all survived but they all found it in themselves early," Hurley said. "So that really is a lesson to everybody."

Rancic discovered the disease while prepping for IVF treatment. "I wasn't prepared to get a mammogram until I was 40 years old, like I'd been told," she admitted about being hesitant to get checked. "I never in my wildest dreams expected anything to be wrong."

Fortunately, Rancic is now on the mend for her surgery and recovering from the ordeal.
