Ever dreamed of dining with Oprah Winfrey? Well soon, your fantasy can be reality (kind of) because the talk show queen and media mogul is releasing a cookbook!

Food, Health, and Happiness: 115 On-Point Recipes for Great Meals and a Better Life is coming out Jan. 3, 2017—and let's just say we have high hopes for what is sure to be a culinary masterpiece.

"As long as I can remember, I've been the kind of person who wants to share the things that make life better," Oprah told People in a statement. "When I come upon something useful, something that brings me pleasure or comfort or ease, I want everyone else to know about it and benefit from it, too. And that is how this cookbook came to be. It's my life story — the lessons I've learned, the discoveries I've made—told through food."

O's cookbook will include recipes for things like "Unfried Chicken", "Turkey Chili, Farro With Peas, Asparagus, Pesto and Cured Olives" and even "Sustainable Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Fennel Chutney." That all sounds delicious—and indeed, quite healthy—and we're looking forward to seeing what else Oprah has us cooking up in the new year.

For starters, we are expecting garden-fresh vegetables to be a staple. Our at-home gardens might not produce quite the same yield as Oprah's, but that's what farmer's markets are for.
