CRYSTAL, PacificCoastNewsDahhlings, have you heard the rumor that Mariah Carey is pregnant?
An Aussie tabloid claims that the singer and her billionaire boyfriend James Packer are expecting their first child together. But listen up, lambs: Mariah's rep tells E! News this pregnancy report is completely false!
This means Moroccan and Monroe, Mariah's 4-year-old twins with ex Nick Cannon, will remain the babies of the family—Dem Babies, actually.
But as much as Mariah adores being a mother to Roc and Roe, she really didn't love being pregnant! Back in 2013, long before her split with Nick, Mariah told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that her difficult pregnancy left her wanting to stop with two kids.
"If Nick could have the babies himself, then yeah, bring 'em on," she joked. "We love kids!"
Really, though, Mariah wasn't necessarily prepared for "the enormity and the magnitude of what [pregnancy] really does to your body," she told 20/20 in 2011.
"Carrying two babies. Unless somebody's been through it, it's difficult to understand what I went through, because my pregnancy was very unique in terms of what happened to me," she said. "I had serious back problems...I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to walk properly again. It was a huge strain."
Fortunately, Mariah bounced right back—have you seen her bikini bod lately?! She's pretty busy these days, too—what with two kids, a handsome beau, a Las Vegas residency and an upcoming gig on Empire!
So, dahhlings, just to make sure we set the record straight, there's no baby No. 3 in the cards for Mariah right now. Then again, never say never...
