Call Quality Control! The New Mockingjay Poster Is (Accidentally) Very NSFW

Well, this is bad.

Well, this was a grave mistake.

Before we tell you about the major whoopsies committed by the team behind the new Mockingjay flick, we should warn you that what you're about to see is VERY GRAPHIC. If you have sensitive eyes or consider yourself a very refined person along the likes of the Dowager Countess (or someone else who's refined, whatever), we suggest you turn away now before your innocence is gone forever.

But actually, it's all kind of a trick question—you've already seen said graphic material, but probably didn't even realize it. So, take a closer look at the above poster, which was just released as yet another lead up to the release of Mockingjay. Do you see anything that looks a little...off? Try zeroing in right next to Jennifer Lawrence's nose.

Yep, it's the C-word. Yeesh.

We have so many questions about this. First, HOW DID NO ONE CATCH THIS? Okay so that's really the only question, but it is a very big one. Aren't there, like, entire departments created simply for quality control and to make sure mistakes like this don't happen? Surely there is someone over there at Lionsgate who managed to see the C-word plastered all over their very new, very shiny, and likely very very expensive promotional materials.

Unless this is all a secret message sent out to Hunger Games fans calling them to a higher purpose. But really it's probably just a very unfortunate miss on the part of a very unfortunate number of people.

Better luck next time, Mockingjay.
