Yolanda Foster keeps on fighting.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been battling Lyme disease for three years.

"She's doing fair. She's just trying to work through it," her husband, music master David Foster, told me last night at the premiere of Amy, the new documentary about Amy Winehouse (in theaters July 3). "You know, it's been a tough battle, but she's a fighter.

"She's got big balls," he continued. "They're temporarily cut off, but they'll be back."

In January, Yolanda detailed her journey on her blog.

"Most of you know I have been battling Lyme disease for the past three years," wrote Yolanda, whose daughters are models Gigi and Bella Hadid. "I wasted the first year trying to get diagnosed and spent the next two trying to find a cure. I have gone from the conventional long-term antibiotics to about every holistic protocol there is to offer," she shared in her latest blog. "Unfortunately, I was only able to get to about a 60% recovery until I relapsed in early December and have not been able to find my way back."

She continued, "I have lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV, because I can't process information or any stimulation for that matter. It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it."

Just yesterday, she posted a thank you to her fans on Instagram.

"Thanks a Million for riding the wave with me," she wrote. "Uncovering the mystery of chronic disease has been the greatest challenge Of my life. Your kindness and compassion during this journey has been a great source of support. I appreciate all your kind comments and check most your medical suggestions that resonate with me. As you know I am determined to find a cure affordable for all and hopefully life will grant me the opportunity to turn this test into testimony. Lyme disease is a global epidemic growing in the shadows so please be aware and educate yourself #OneMollionThankYou's #OneDayAtATime."
