Goodbye high school and hello graduation parties!
Hailee Steinfeld may have celebrated her latest academic milestone last week when Republic Records gave her a special cake.
But over the weekend, the Pitch Perfect 2 star received an even bigger surprise when her friends threw a graduation party in her honor.
"I had the best night of my life last night with my favorite people, who threw me a surprise graduation celebration," the actress and singer wrote on Instagram Sunday with photos from an undisclosed location. "We danced, karaoke-d (screamed, really) I laughed until I CRIED."
She continued, "Not really. But actually though. Thank you to everyone who came, I love you."
Alli Simpson, Fifth Harmony member Ally Brooke, Austin Mahone, Becky G and even Hailee's mom Cheri Steinfeld were all in attendance.
It's been quite an exciting time for the 18-year-old who also scored an invite to Jaime King's star-studded baby shower on Sunday. In addition to starring in the blockbuster smash Pitch Perfect 2, the actress recently signed a record deal.
"So last night in the Hamptons, my @RepublicRecords family got me this…"she shared on Instagram with a tasty cake. "#GraduatedHighSchoolandSignedaRecordDeal."
But in true Hailee style, she's not one to take the success for granted. When #WhyWeLoveHailee started trending on Twitter, the singer thanked all of her fans for the support.
"I love you guys more than anything," she wrote to her followers. Something tells us this is only the beginning for Hailee!
