OK, we know we're supposed to be upset that Dean (Jensen Ackles) is now a demon on Supernatural. But based on the first season 10 promo the CW just dropped...we're kind of loving "Deanmon." And by "kind of loving," we really mean absolutely obsessing over.

Yeah, OK, Dean's new supernatural status isn't going to mean anything good for his relationship with Sam (Jared Padalecki), and we hate to see the brothers fighting (and it looks like they're going to take their fighting to a whole new level this season...gulp). But after watching the final 10 seconds of the promo below, we know that you'll agree with us: Demon Dean is the greatest thing to hit Supernatural since the two C's (Crowley and Castiel)!

Watch the promo below to find out why:

There is just so much we need to discuss about this epic new promo. But first, give us a minute to wipe away the tears that started falling after watching Sam smile at old photos of him and Dean together! Ouch, our hearts. How long has it been since the Winchesters smiled? Too long.

But honestly, we'll give up happy and carefree Winchesters to get a season of Deanmon! We're as excited as Crowley (Mark Sheppard) is to see Dean embracing a darker side of life, but looks like Crowley is going to quickly realize he can't control Demon Dean as much as he thought he could, and his plans for a "perfect hell" are about to go up in smoke.

Demon Dean would rather sleep with random hot women, pick bar fights, hit up strip clubs and steal porn...a.k.a. human Dean's vices on steroids! But we're not a fan of how Demon Dean goes after Sam, kicking down doors in the Men of Letters bunker and attacking Sam with an ax! Would Demon Dean really kill his own brother? Um, we'll take the happy and carefree Winchesters back, please and thank you.

But then again, without Demon Dean, we'd never be treated to the glorious sight of Ackles drunkenly singing, "I'm Too Sexy," so thank you for that!

The premiere episode won't be the only musical episode in season 10. Executive producer Jeremy Carver previously told us that the 200th episode—featuring the brothers investigating a haunted musical based on the Chuck Shurley books written about their lives—is going to be "musical-ish."

"I think it'll be one of the more amusing and engaging episodes we've done in a while. I think we can safely call this a meta episode," Carver previewed of the milestone outing, which will be the fifth episode of the new season. "We're going pretty meta. I would just describe it as something of a love letter to our fans and there will be songs. It's just going to be real fun and it's a real celebration of the show and particularly the fans of the show."

Supernatural returns for season 10 on Tuesday, Oct. 7 at 9 p.m. on the CW.
