Things are going to get a bit hairy in D.C. tonight. Literally.

That's because one of Duck Dynasty's bearded stars, Willie Robertson, will personally be on hand as President Barack Obama speaks to the nation.

"I am proud to have my close friend, constituent and small business owner, Willie Robertson, attend tonight's State of the Union Address as my special guest," Louisiana Rep. Vance McAllister said in a statement. "Willie is thankful for this opportunity and honored to attend. I look forward to the two of us representing the Fifth District in DC this evening and bringing some diversity to our nation's capitol."

The invite essentially serves as a thank you to Robertson, who endorsed McAllister and helped him win a special election last November.

Robertson is the son of fellow Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson, who made headlines at the end of last year when he equated homosexuality to beastiality in an interview with GQ. After the quotes erupted all over the Internet, A&E suspended Phil from the show.

The family balked at the decision and many speculated they would walk away from the hit series if the network didn't reinstate the patriarch. After only a matter of weeks, A&E lifted the suspension and the new season premiered.

Meanwhile, First Lady Michelle Obama has invited several people to be her guests in the presidential box this evening, including openly gay basketball player Jason Collins and two survivors of the Boston Marathon bombings.
