Don't mess with Sharon Osbourne.

The rock and roll matriarch and The Talk panelist got into an explosive confrontation last night with Jonah Hill's music manager brother Jordan Feldstein.

It all went down at Clive Davis and The Recording Academy's pre-Grammy gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

According to a source, early in the evening during the dinner portion of the annual event, Kelly Osbourne was seen arguing with Feldstein at his table. "There was a lot of finger pointing," an eyewitness said.

After the Fashion Police star stormed away, Sharon showed up at the table "and the arguing continued," the source said. "They were going back and forth and then all of sudden, food was flipped onto Jordan. He got up to walk away and then Sharon threw a glass of water at him."

Whoa!

While the cause of the friction is still a mystery, another source told me that that the Osbournes have had a long-running feud with Feldstein.

Feldstein, who became a tabloid headline in November when he married Clint Eastwood's daughter Francesca Eastwood in Las Vegas (it was annulled about a week later), manages music megastars like Maroon 5.

Another client, Sara Bareilles, was sitting at the table during the run-in.

Despite the hiccup, the star-studded evening continued its long tradition of stellar performances. Miley Cyrus perfromed three songs (including my favorite, Dolly Parton's "Jolene"). Jennifer Hudson hit the stage not once but three different times throughout the program. The lineup also included A Great Big World, Mackelemore & Ryan Lewis, Robin Thicke, John Fogerty, Lionel Richie, Imagine Dragons, The Foo Fighters, Pharrell, Lorde and Fantasia. R. Kelly performed in tribute to the late Nelson Mandela.

Among the guests were Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Jared Leto, Alicia Keys, Jesse McCartney, Kathy Griffin, Joan Rivers, Gloria Estefan, Austin Mahone, JC Chasez, Smokey Robinson, Miguel, Rod Stewart, T.I., John Legend, Joan Collins, Jackie Collins, Quincy Jones and Berry Gordy.
