Ewan McGregor has obviously picked himself up and dusted himself off.

The Scottish actor looked none the worse for wear while enjoying beach time with his family in Cabo San Lucas, less than a week after being in a motorcycle accident.

"Check your mirrors for Bikers before you change lanes people," McGregor tweeted Dec. 17. "It's annoying when picking yourself off the Tarmac to hear 'didn't see you.'"

"Very kind," he added in response to the ensuing well-wishes. "I'm [sic] wasn't knocked down but bumped into. Just keep your eyes in your mirrors. Bikers are vulnerable. And very cool."

Sounds like McGregor will be back on his beloved bike in no time.

The 42-year-old father of four, who's currently on the big screen playing Julia Roberts' husband in August: Osage County, rode from London to New York in 2004, a journey chronicled in the TV show and book Long Way Round. The documentary Long Way Down, meanwhile, follows him on his three-month jaunt from Scotland to South Africa in 2007.

"I pulled back on the throttle and that made it go faster, the world started whooshing past my face, and it was just glorious," McGregor told the Daily Mail in 2009, describing his first experience on a motorbike, when he was only about 5 years old and was able to tool around in a field.

"I still feel that way when I ride my motorbike," he added. "I feel very peaceful when I'm riding."

Just so long as other drivers remember to mind their mirrors, that is.
